* All gears must be purchased here at the studio. All trainees transferring from another gym must get their gear approved; we do not permit the use of MMA gloves, fiber filled types of boxing gloves, the thumbless bag gloves, “bag mitts” for training. The “lace-up” and “hook & loop” with sleeve rolled down will be allowed for private training.

Program Synopsis:

Because the nature of this program is “personal” training, what is covered in each session is up to the discretion of the trainee and what he/she would like to out of the program.
